We’re looking for F&B and snack vendors to help complete the fun at Spooky Panda-ween, a collaboration with Space Panda, Malaysia’s largest snacks claw machine arena in Puchong! 

Join us for two weekends of excitement from 18-20 October and 25-27 October, featuring activities like Trick o’ Treat, a Halloween Party, Best Dressed Contests, and a Grand Lucky Draw worth RM20,000!

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your delicious offerings to families, kids, and Halloween enthusiasts. Be part of the fun at Spooky Panda-ween!

Booth Rate

**Vendors are required to provide FREE products worth RM250 for the 3-day market. The vouchers will be printed by Space Panda. Vendors need to accept the vouchers when customers visit the booth to redeem goods and give the items to them for free. This initiative helps draw more customers to your booth for additional purchases.

Vendors can still sell their products as usual while offering the free items. For example, you could give away 20 free brownies per day (worth RM4 each) and continue selling the rest of your products normally to increase your sales.

  1. Please note that this is a curated marketplace and slots are limited.
  2. Bookings are only confirmed upon approval by management and verification of payment.
  3. Vendors are required to provide FREE products worth RM250 for the 3-day market. The vouchers will be printed by Space Panda. Vendors need to accept the vouchers when customers visit the booth to redeem goods and give the items to them for free. This initiative helps draw more customers to your booth for additional purchases.
  4. Pork and lard products are strictly prohibited. No alcoholic beverages allowed. 
  5. Food sold must be kept clean and hygienic at all times.
  6. There will be no refund of payments with cancellations. If you are unable to attend, kindly inform us 1 week in advance and we will allow you to postpone the booth rental to a future date.

What is your product price range?
  1. STRICTLY No pork and lard products, No alcoholic beverages.
  2. All food items sold are expected to be clean and hygienic. Only light cooking is allowed.
  3. Vendors are required to provide product vouchers worth RM250 for the three-day market. The vouchers will be printed by Space Panda. Merchants simply need to accept the vouchers when customers visit the booth to redeem goods and give the items to them for free. This initiative helps draw more customers to your booth for additional purchases.
  4. This is a curated marketplace with limited slots, and selected vendors will be contacted within 2 to 7 working days.
  5. Bookings are considered confirmed only upon approval by management and the verification of payment.
  6. Refunds are not provided for cancellations; however, in the event of non-attendance, notifying us a week in advance enables the postponement of booth rental to a future date. Booth availability operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and booth allocation is subject to vendor products and overall booth availability.
  7. Subject to booth availability, you will be provided with two booth options to choose from once we receive your payment and confirm your reservation.
  8. Power supply may be provided on demand, but subject to a power limit of maximum 250 volts for all equipment combined. Any damage caused will be charged accordingly.
  9. Vendors are required to abide by the operation timing as stated. A valid reason is required for early closure or late opening. Vendors who fail to do so for three consecutive times will be penalized. We take this issue seriously and hope that vendors will prioritize timeliness.
  10. A deposit of RM100 will be required for future bookings from vendors who have arrived late or closed early three times or more. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the event ends. However, failure to arrive on time or closing early will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
  11. The organizers of I Love Bazaar shall not be held responsible should the management of the venue terminate or relocate the offered retail promotion space without prior notice to the exhibitor. If this situation occurs, full rental fees will be refunded to individual vendors.
