We’re back at Eco Ardence – Mother’s Day Edition 💐

I Love Bazaar is making a comeback to one of our favourite outdoor spots, with a curated mix of brands, good food, and the kind of easy weekend vibe we all enjoy.

This Mother’s Day edition is all about spending time together. Bring your mom, your kids, or just come hang out for a chill day out. Expect local finds, artisanal pieces, and plenty of activities to do.

We’re now opening vendor slots for fashion, lifestyle, artisanal, homegrown brands, and F&B. If you’ve got something special to share, we’d love to have you with us. Book a Booth and be part of it.

Bookings are only confirmed upon approval by management and verification of payment.
There will be no refund of payments with cancellations. If you are unable to attend, kindly inform us 1 week in advance and we will allow you to postpone the booth rental to a future date.

Acceptance

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

This is a curated marketplace with limited slots, and selected vendors will be contacted within 2 to 7 working days.
All food items sold are expected to be clean and hygienic.
Vendors selling food are required to have the necessary food safety licenses.
As this is an outdoor event, vendors are required to bring their own waterproof cover or cloth to protect their booth in case of rain or bad weather.<.li>
Bookings are considered confirmed only upon approval by management and the verification of full payment.
Payments must be made solely to the bank account specified in the invoice issued by I Love Bazaar. We will not be responsible for payments made to any other account.
Refunds are not provided for cancellations; however, in the event of non-attendance, notifying us a week in advance enables the postponement of booth rental to a future date. Booth availability operates on a first-come, first-served basis, and booth allocation is subject to vendor products and overall booth availability.
Subject to booth availability, you will be provided with two booth options to choose from once we receive your payment and confirm your reservation.
Vendors are required to abide by the operation timing as stated. A valid reason is required for early closure or late opening. Vendors who fail to do so for three consecutive times will be penalized. We take this issue seriously and hope that vendors will prioritize timeliness.
A deposit of RM100 will be required for future bookings from vendors who have arrived late or closed early three times or more. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the event ends. However, failure to arrive on time or closing early will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Please note that this is an outdoor event. In the event of unexpected weather conditions, the organizers will not be held liable for any disruptions or damages caused.
The organizers of I Love Bazaar shall not be held responsible should the management of the venue terminate or relocate the offered retail promotion space without prior notice to the exhibitor. If this situation occurs, full rental fees will be refunded to individual vendors.
